As the ITC, I am in charge of the coordination, implementation and repair of all residential students (over 1,100 students) computer systems; including but not limited to: repair of internet problems, virus protection, troubleshooting and assisting with all networking issues. I also provided immediate technology support to 21 members of the office staff.   Other tasks included:
